- The lens
- Rimless oval, UV400, in four shades. Drilled and mounted at four points, so nothing surrounds the eye and nothing sits on the cheek.
- The endpieces
- Machined gold, and the only place the frame touches the glass. They are the reason a rimless lens holds its line for years rather than months.
- The bridge
- One slim bar of gold across the nose. It carries the whole weight of the frame, which is exactly why there is so little of it.
- The charm
- Ten millimetres by seven, 18K gold plated stainless steel, hung from the left endpiece. It swings when you turn your head. That movement is the whole point.
- The hinges
- Barrel hinges set into the endpiece rather than screwed on top, so the arm opens without a seam showing.
- The temples
- Gold, round in section rather than flat, so they disappear into the hair. rivà is engraved on the inside of the left arm, where only you will find it.
- The tips
